♦ Work Principle
The hopper feeds minerals on the belt. With the AC motor revolving, belt slowly moves toward and carries minerals to next production process to achieve continuous feeding.
♦ Product Structure
Belt feeder is mainly composed of machine frame, conveying belt, belt roller, tensioning device, and transmission device etc. The fuselage connected by the high quality steel plates. Frame is provided with belt roller, support roller, etc..It has two ways to drive by deceleration motor or electric drum.

Belt feeder is widely used in metallurgy, mineral processing, building materials, coal, hydropower and other departments for transporting 0.5~2.5t bulk density materials. According to the technological requirements, it can be used for a single delivery, and can also company with other equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system to meet the needs of different production line.
